This work involves some of the most sensitive information a person has — menstrual cycles, fertility, pregnancy loss, diagnoses, mental health, and what you say in a session. Health information deserves more protection than a mailing list, and this policy treats it that way.
Intake and session information is used for one purpose only: to coach you safely and well. It is not used for marketing, not used to build audience profiles, and not sold to anyone, ever.
Information about cycles, fertility, pregnancy or pregnancy loss is treated as strictly confidential. It is not shared with anyone without your explicit written permission, it is not used in any public example, testimonial or social media post, and it is not disclosed to employers, insurers, or family members. If you ask for it to be deleted, it is deleted.
Client stories are only published where the client has given permission. If you have given permission and later change your mind, tell us and it comes down.
Practically, no one. There is no team reading your intake form. Third parties are limited to the tools used to run the business — email delivery, payment processing, scheduling — each of which sees only what it needs. We may disclose information where the law genuinely requires it.
If you contact us via Instagram, that message sits on Meta's platform under Meta's own privacy policy as well as this one, and we do not control what Meta collects. Please do not send detailed health history over Instagram DM — wait for the intake form.
A specific retention period has not been set and must be confirmed. The intention is to keep coaching records only for as long as they are useful to your care or legally required, and then delete them.
We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold and keep access limited. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
