1. The most important clause first — this is not medical care

Embracing Cycles provides health coaching and education. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or medical advice, and Alycia Camacho is not your physician.

• Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition.
• Coaching is intended to work alongside your healthcare providers, not instead of them.
• Do not stop, start or change any prescribed medication — including hormonal contraception — on the basis of coaching. Talk to your prescriber.
• Herbs and supplements are not risk-free. They interact with medication and are not all safe in pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Check with a qualified professional before starting.
• If you have severe pain, heavy bleeding, or any symptom that worries you, seek medical attention. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

2. Who we are

These terms govern this website and the services provided by Embracing Cycles LLC, founded by Alycia Camacho and based in New York. Booking a session or using this site means you accept them.

3. What we provide

One-to-one menstrual health and hormone coaching, womb circles and in-person events, vocal activation sessions, personal training, and digital guides — combining education, nutrition, herbal and lifestyle guidance, movement, and spiritual practice.

4. Booking

• An enquiry is not a booking. A booking exists when the date, scope and fee are confirmed by both sides.
• Coaching begins with an intake form. Answer it honestly — the quality of the work depends on it.
• Fees are agreed directly. This site publishes no price list.

5. Your responsibilities

• Tell us about any diagnosis, medication, supplement, allergy or pregnancy that could affect what is safe for you.
• Tell us if any of that changes during the work.
• Use your own judgement. You remain responsible for decisions about your own body.

6. Results

The client stories on this site are individual experiences, shared with permission. They are not a promise, a typical result, or a guarantee. Bodies differ and timelines differ.

7. Confidentiality

What you share in a session stays between us. It is not repeated, and it is not used as marketing material unless you have given permission in writing. Circles are held on the same basis, and everyone attending is expected to honour it.

8. Circles — conduct

Circles are shared spaces holding sensitive material. Anyone who is disrespectful, who breaches another participant's confidence, or who makes the space unsafe may be asked to leave without refund. This is rarely needed and is stated so that everyone knows the space is held.

9. Content and intellectual property

The writing, guides, teaching material, imagery and brand marks of Embracing Cycles belong to Embracing Cycles LLC. Guides are licensed to you personally — you may use them for yourself, but not redistribute, resell, or teach from them as your own.

10. Age

Services are intended for adults. Whether anyone under 18 may take part, and on what basis, must be decided by the business before booking opens.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the sessions concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of New York.
