Any session or circle cancelled from our side is either rescheduled at a time that suits you or refunded in full, at your choice. See the Cancellation Policy.
If you have paid for sessions in advance and choose to stop, sessions already delivered are charged and the unused balance is refunded. Where a package rate was applied, how delivered sessions are re-priced on exit must be set before packages are sold.
Tell us early rather than late. This work depends on trust, and if the fit is wrong it is better for both of us to say so. Whether a goodwill refund window applies, and how long it runs, must be set by the business.
Coaching is education and support, not a guaranteed clinical outcome. The results described on the Stories page are those individuals' own experiences, and a refund is not owed simply because your body responded differently or on a different timeline. What is owed is honest effort, and a straight conversation if it isn't working.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. How quickly the money appears is controlled by your bank or card issuer, usually a few business days after it is processed.
